On the sunny Friday afternoon Artzone has officially started with the opening of the exhibion of Justyna Mielnikiewicz's photos. Among our guests were Vicemayor of Tbilisi Mr. Mamuka Akhvlediani and the Ambassador of the Republik of Poland in Georgia Ms. Urszula Doroszewska.

The idea of Art Zone – Poland/Tbilisi was born two years ago in a smoky bar in Tbilisi. On a sheet of paper, we wrote about what we and our friends, both Poles and Georgians, had been dreaming about for a long time – about a genuine and direct meeting of both cultures, about a meeting between the people who create those cultures, about an event in which completely new Polish-Georgian projects would be created.

We are happy to invite you to acquaint youselves with the detailed day-to-day programme of ArtZone!

As we had to postpone ArtZone to year 2009, we decided to organise in December 2008 a collaborative concert of Psio Crew and Chveneburebi - its spectacular success encouraged us to enrich the programme with guest performance of Georgian band in Tbilisi.
